Kenny Van de Maele fe8d8cd020 fix(issue-template): validate bug reports against dev, not main (#3420) ... Cloners default to the dev branch (CONTRIBUTING: main is the curated release, dev is where fixes land). The bug template required ticking 'latest code from main', so reporters confirm a stale branch and bugs already fixed on dev get re-filed.
